Roasted Pheasant & Red Wine

Every Thursday at the Potager Restaurant you can indulge in roasted pheasant on the bone served with braised cabbage mixed with pancetta, confit potatoes and a delicious Champagne and pheasant sauce, all washed down with a glass of red wine for just £17pp – available at both lunch and dinner.

Please note that this is a special and will run alongside our seasonal A La Carte, Set and Bar Menu as normal.
