We are looking for part time waiting staff for our expanding business. We are looking for people who are warm, hardworking and friendly. Experience in Front of House is desirable however it is more important that we find the right person to join our team – we like to hire for the attitude and train for the skill.
We have 2 restaurants on our Estate – The Potager Restaurant which is an award-winning fine dining restaurant and our Cider House Kitchen which is an exciting Italian pizzeria. Therefore, there is plenty of opportunity to work in different dining environments and settings which allows for further development of skills and training.

We’re looking for someone who’s ambitious and driven in starting or progressing their career as a chef among our team of highly skilled and innovative culinary legends in the Potager Kitchen. Our Head Chef David Smith has a wealth of knowledge in the kitchen and during his career, has worked for many well-known and highly reputable restaurants such as The Ritz.
Utilising the gardens, our Potager Restaurant uses fresh, home-grown produce creating a true ‘farm-to-fork’, or as we like to call it ‘Potager-to-plate’ ethos. Our Potager Restaurant has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence and has maintained them for over 15 years.
