Culinary Legend – Sous Chef
We are looking for a full time and experienced Sous chef to be our Head Chef, Dave’s, right hand man or woman!
Experience in the day to day running of a kitchen is essential, along with being able to work in a fast paced environment. Being able to work as part of a team is key and being able to lead and manage the team, when the Head Chef is not on duty, is also a key skill we’re looking for. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; helping maintain stock levels, ringing orders through when the Head Chef is not on duty, supervising the kitchen team and of course being a great chef.
Our team is friendly and hard working and are looking for a Sous Chef who will fit right in.
Utilising the gardens, our Potager Restaurant uses fresh, home-grown produce creating a true ‘farm-to-fork’, or as we like to call it ‘Potager-to-plate’ ethos. Our Potager Restaurant has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence and has maintained them for over 15 years.

Part Time / Full Time Housekeeper
Looking for Part-time or full time work with flexible working hours?
We’re looking for a someone who is hard working to join our friendly Housekeeping team.
We are just 3 miles from Chichester city center and easily accessible.
You will be working as part of a team during your day to day tasks. The duties will include but are not limited to; cleaning of rooms, making beds and cleaning bathrooms, ensuring a high standard for arriving guests, general cleaning of reception and lounge area, washing and drying towels and linen for the restaurant.
Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Our housekeeping team are hardworking and energetic so we’re looking for someone who has the same sort of enthusiasm and is willing to get stuck in!
